Serious Delivery Problems With Maritage Homes

If you are working with Meritage Homes be aware that they have some internal problems that are dramatically affecting their deliveries.

I have a home under construction with Meritage in Tallyns Reacy that was supposed to be delivered in February 2007 and hopefully will close this week - 8 months late. The people at Meritage have lots of excuses for their delays but valid reasons. We have been unable to determine if the delays are for financial reasons.

In addition, their in house lender seems to be loading the loans with a lot of unecessary Junk Fees.
